Being Myself

When I used to hear statements like 'I had so much fun with that dress' I really didn't know what people meant by that. Till I wore my favorite t shirt with shorts. Its a bliss to be dressed in something you are comfortable in. Something that does not make you feel like you are some body else.

 I feel blessed in shorts, as if they were sent from heaven as some sort answers to my some sort of prayers. And they do keep reminding me of the extra kilos I need to lose. But the happiness is untouched, intact, complete.

    really I don't understand what " statement " means .....lots of blogger write this word " statement necklace " statement ring"...i find it so funny and I won't write it . Lovely shorts and i like how you paired with striped tee. beautiful sandals ...not so indian Style ( really trendy I mean).
    No you don't need to lose weight , you are not a top model , you are a nice girl , and nice girls do not need to be so skinny .
    I'm still to my daughter house , I'm supposed to be home for the week end , so my blogging will be easier .

    nowadays I am most comfortable in my 2 shift dresses (in cotton) I got from anokhi..have worn them so much that even the husband(who rarely can make out what im wearing when & how much) quipped that have I not been wearing these 2 a bit frequently!!
